Hiring Mgr really wants to hire...

Dear Readers:

McCrabby has taken a couple of shots at a hiring manager (see previous 2-3 posts at this site) who commented that she (yes, we found out it is a "she") couldn't get anyone to respond.

McCrabby promised to post her position here, so true to a commitment, here is her response.   If you are interested in finding out more about her opportunity, contact McCrabby (HERE) and he will put you in touch with the hiring manager right away.

You should know that her position is a commission-only job, but that she believes it has large potential.  Her response (after we blasted her for not responding in a timely manner) is below:
______________________________________

Dear McCrabby,

I am the lady who owns her own company and hasn't been able to find many people willing to work. If you know someone who would like to work in sales with earnings potentials of 6 figures we are the real thing. This is not a network marketing firm.

When I opened up, we hired a variety of types of people and it seemed we had to hire two times for every position even though we use professional staffing companies and personality testing.

Now we are looking for true sales people. They must test appropriately with the correct skills. If you know someone, and if they follow up after a few interviews, send thank you notes and test correctly we will be happy to bring them on board.

Hiring now...
--------------------------------------------------------------
Dear Hiring:

I have published your note, leaving out the parts that identified your company, as you requested.  If McCrabby receives any responses asking for information, he will direct applicants to you.

As noted in the reply-note that McCrabby sent back to you, commission-only jobs are fairly plentiful, and applicants never know if this is a real position, or an attempt to throw 30 people at a job, hoping two will stick.

That may explain, to some extent, the responses you have received, or that you have NOT received.  However, if your opportunity is real, McCrabby is happy to direct people to at least check it out.

Good luck to you, and to the applicants.

McCrabby
